The location calls for an ambitious project, both in its urban and architectural dimensions, as well as in its programmatic and landscape ones.

The project comprises 2 145 sqm of gross floor area (GFA), including 25 family dwellings of varied typologies, as well as 51 parking spaces distributed over two basement levels. The 25 spaces on level -1 are transferred to the city.
Our intention to deliver high-quality housing, primarily aimed at owner-occupiers, leads us to propose a highly ambitious typological distribution, largely composed of spacious units. The project aims to create a high-end development, with a restrained and elegant architectural expression, avoiding excessive formal gestures or displays of opulence.
The project is also part of a demanding approach to environmental challenges.
