We are honored to be among the four projects selected in the “Living Density” category with Relais d’Italie, a student residence representing a unique rooftop extension, entirely prefabricated in a workshop and detached from the existing building.

The originality of the project lies in the stacking of three-dimensional wooden modules, installed in just six nights. Each module was delivered fully equipped — insulation, interior partitions, bathrooms, radiators, lighting, and technical networks — and ready to be connected directly on site.
