This housing project, commissioned by the Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris and intended for the Mutuelles du Mans, expresses what its designers believe the architecture of housing in a dense fabric should be: attention to the context but without mimicry, a simple and efficient floor plan, maximum use of light and, often at the same time, a generous scale.
