The complex includes a range of building typologies — notably five high-rise towers (18 storeys) and fourteen mid-rise blocks ranging from 6 to 9 storeys — forming a strong urban presence along Rue de Paris and Boulevard du Général Leclerc.
The primary objective of the intervention is to significantly improve the energy performance of the complex, in compliance with RT 2012 standards and within a high energy-efficiency framework. Beyond technical upgrades, the renovation aims to enhance the quality of living conditions and to redefine the overall image of the estate, through interventions on building envelopes, shared spaces, and the relationship between the buildings and their urban context.
The project is conceived as a long-term transformation of a large-scale existing housing estate, extending its lifespan while adapting it to contemporary standards of comfort, sustainability, and habitability.
